More Wells Contaminated By WI Gasoline Pipeline Break

Don Behm continues his important reporting on the extent of damage to dozens of residential wells close to the Town of Jackson, in Washington County by last summer's gasoline pipeline break:

Tests not previously made public detected petroleum compounds in water from 23 additional private wells within a one-mile radius of a July 2012 gasoline pipeline spill, state environmental officials confirmed.
The wells are in addition to a total of 42 wells contaminated with benzene or other petroleum compounds after the spill, state Department of Natural Resources officials said.

I'd like to see the inspection records of these pipes running underground - oh - they're underground - how do you inspect them? How much money have they put into inspecting them.
