We want a cap on expenditures during the Democratic gubernatorial primary agreed to by the candidates, their campaigns, the party, and "independent" political groups. We want grassroots Democrats to choose their nominee based on their assessments who will offer the best ideas, and best be able to beat Scott Walker.
