Crediting Wisconsin's Wrong-Way Walker When Earning #1 Rankings

This blog notes that he's led the state to a 37th-place rating for job-creation, and is only at 41% towards meeting his signature 2010 and 2012 campaign pledge to create 250,000 new private-sector jobs in one term - - but to be fair, we should point out that he's leading the Wisconsin Governor's race in spending on defense lawyers, defense fund fun-raising, maxed-out big donors, out-of-state campaign contributions, the Journal Sentinel reports, analyzing official campaign filings.

And, by my observations, he's #1 railand streetcar lines blocked, rail-related jobs and development killed, renewable-source power plants and wind farms stalled or killed - -  and is unquestionably #1 in historic manipulation of Wisconsin government and lower-income people, women and minorities for personal and partisan gain.
