He says voter ID will make it harder to cheat.

Who better than he to understand the effort involved, what with that secret, off-the-radar Internet fundraising and campaigning network set up in his Milwaukee County Executive office, and later, the work that went into raising millions of dollars off-the-books to help him win the 2012 recall election.

Election cheating IS hard - - which is why local officials routinely catch the handful of dopes who try.
