Walker ready to spend $196 million of your money - - on a building

Friday's the day that proposals are due from friends of Walker developers to build a more suitable palace than the Hill Farms building where road-builders, legislators and bureaucrats can map out where the transit-free transportation highway piggy back can be divvied up.

That's how the small government, fiscally-responsible GOP crowd in Wisconsin will address state spending already facing a $1.8 billion deficit next year.
