Haul out these Walker budget plans the next time you see or read one of those uninformed references to 'blue-collar' Scott Walker:
* Eliminates bike lanes and sidewalks from future road projects.
* Raises camping and trail use taxes in state parks.
* Suspends for thirteen years the adding of more open space for hiking, habitat protection and other public uses.
