Legal "concealed carry" pistol produces WI homicide charge

So it goes, I guess:
Prosecutors have charged a 28-year-old concealed-carry permit holder with homicide in the fatal shooting of a Milwaukee man.
After that, facts are in dispute and the shooter's story changed…

Maybe there was a fender-bender, maybe there wasn't. Maybe there was an argument, maybe there wasn't. Maybe somebody made a menacing move, maybe somebody didn't. But there definitely was a semi-automatic handy, somebody is definitely dead who can't tell his side of things, someone else is under arrest.

And a family already suffering two recent gun murders has to deal with this fresh, third killing:

[The victim] was the second member of his family slain in March. His pregnant sister, Tamecca Perry, was killed earlier in an unrelated shooting. The suspect in that case, Shanika S. Minor, 24, was charged with homicide in the deaths of Perry and her unborn child. A warrant was issued for Minor's arrest and she remained at large Monday.
