Assuming Walker would opt Wisconsin out of health coverages...

And that assumes TrumpCare becomes law by passing the Senate - - and, like Trump's November win or Walker's 2012 recall victory, don't assume the worst case won't hit and hit hard - - I'm sure Walker is trying to figure out how to use TrumpCare to screw the largest number of people who happen to live in Wisconsin's heavily-minority, Democratically-populated cities and/or in university towns.
